1. Activate your kit

After your test kit is delivered to your door, activate it online at www.notch.health/activate using the ID included in your package.

2. Collect your sample
Complete your sample collection by following the step-by-step instructions included in your kit and return it to us with prepaid shipping. 

At-home test results


3. Get your results
You’ll receive your test results in 5-10 business days, as soon as they’ve been reviewed by an independent, board-certified physician.
