We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and encourage you to contact our Customer Care team with your kit ID if you have any trouble with your order. Below is an overview of our policies surrounding returns and refunds:
• If your order has not shipped after 3 days of being placed, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
• If you decide to return the health test kit within 14 days of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, handling and processing fees (approximately $15 USD per kit).
• Orders placed more than 30 days ago are not eligible for any refund.
• If your results have not yet been released, your order is not eligible for a refund. Please wait until after you receive your results to contact us.
• Due to health concerns, Notch cannot accept returned or unused test kits. If you received your order and do not wish to conduct the test, we ask that you dispose of the test kit.
