Who is Notch for?
Notch is for anyone over the age of 18 who is looking to complete a lab test from the comfort of their own home. Our health tests cater to those who are looking to pinpoint food sensitivities, vitamin deficiencies, airborne/environmental sensitivities and more.

Do I need a prescription to use Notch?
No, you do not need a prescription. Notch works with a physician network to authorize test requisitions in each state that we offer test kits.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to most U.S. addresses and U.S. territories, excluding New York State, New Jersey and Rhode Island. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

Is my information safe?
We take your privacy and the security of your information very seriously. We’ve designed the Notch platform to be HIPAA-compliant and have implemented strict security protocols to protect your information. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Are Notch health tests the same tests you would take in a doctor’s office?
Notch health tests are the same tests as you would take in a doctor's office. Samples are sent to our CLIA-certified lab and analyzed by qualified laboratory technicians. The only difference is the method in which we collect your blood. We collect blood with a capillary blood sample (finger prick) instead of a venous blood sample (taken from the vein).

Is this replacement for visiting a doctor?
If and when possible, we encourage everyone to use their own doctor and health insurance for health tests. Home health testing is often more convenient and flexible than traditional health testing. However, we are not a replacement for visiting a doctor and do not diagnose, prescribe, treat or provide personal medical advice.
